The blades are sterilized at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (ISOMED), Mumbai using the Gamma Radiation process with a minimum dose of 2.5 m rads.
This process is in compliance with the following standards:
ISO 11137 - Sterilization of health care products requirements for validation and routine control - Radiation Sterilization.
AAMI - RS-3/84 Process Control Guidelines for Gamma Radiation Sterilization of Medical Devices.
EN 556 - Sterilization of medical devices - Requirements for medical devices to be labelled 'STERILE'.
EN 46002 - Particular requirements for the application of EN 29002 for medical devices.
We undertake OEM orders and do private labeling as per the customer requirements for a fixed minimum order quantity. The designs or art-work can be provided or the same can also be developed in house for Customer approval.
